Delays caused by this lengthy work compound across the entire drug journey, slowing treatments from reaching patients.

My Role at Reliant AI
Day-to-day, I focus on two key areas: product management and customer engagement. These functions are deeply intertwined, empowering me to work across both our internal team and the external users we serve.
1. Product Management
My primary role is to ensure we build software tailored to real, addressable customer pain points. That means working closely with our incredibly talented developers and ML scientists to clarify the challenges our customers face, map out how Reliant’s technologies can address them, and drive execution beyond what anyone else can offer. It’s about turning ambitious ideas into reality.
2. Customer Engagement
I also work directly with our customers—life sciences consultancies, pharmaceutical companies, and everyone in between—to deploy Reliant’s solutions, guiding them through completely new ways of working. Organizational change requires widespread buy-in. We work closely with our partners to find opportunities that excite everyone, from business leaders to junior analysts.
This dual perspective—seeing both the product we build and the transformation it fuels in the real world—is one of the reasons I love this role so much.
